This design is named after a particularly cheeky and charming orangutan called Archie who was rescued as a baby, and is being rehabilitated at Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre in Sabah, Borneo. He was 5yrs old when I was working there in 2019, and he is continuing to do well, gradually becoming more and more independent, and will soon move off into the rainforest when he’s ready.
